Stanes, the 150 year old oak extended its roots to the agricultural based village. A dream come true for the stanes family, the six acre land in ellapalayam belonging to the Annur taluk is nestled between the beautiful surroundings of farms, primarily accessible from annur Bus-stand which is just 5km and a 30 minute drive from Gandipuram bus-stand in Coimbatore.

Flagged off in the historic “KALVI VALARCHI NAAL” on August 8th 2009 , the school has shown a remarkable growth in a short span of time. “Annur Stanes” now boasts of well equipped classrooms, offices multi-purpose hall, lawn with play materials for the budding stanites under the loving care of experienced teachers.

The school started with just over 10 students. But now it has blossomed into an astounding 21 students in the play group and K.G level. The council has targeted this unreached belt to provide quality education in enlightening lives with respect to the spheres of knowledge, skill and character.

We do hope that Stanes Annur will be a true light house which people look up for guidance and help.
