STUDENT LIFE DURING LOCKDOWN
We are praying for you and your family that you all will remain healthy- physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. These are challenging times and we must use it to better ourselves. We must treat this as a time for learning.
First and foremost stay home and stay safe.
We are ensuring that School will start in some form by the beginning of June 2020. We will keep you posted, please keep checking the school website. In the meantime we request you to use your time wisely. These are a few suggestions
For your Physical well being
- Help out at home/ Learn Housekeeping
- Stay indoors and exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.
- For Athletes your indoor daily work out schedule has been sent to you individually by the PE Department.
For your Mental well being
- Spend at least 2 hours a day studying
-Develop a new Skill (Few links are given below)
For your Emotional well being
-Spend time with your family
-Talk to friends (call 1 or 2 friends a day)
-Talk to relatives (call at least one family member a day)
-Choose a hobby (example : Learn to cook at least 5 dishes)
For your Spiritual well being
- Pray and stay connected to God

Class 10 & 11 please continue to prepare for your Board exams. (we will intimate you once we get the new dates)

For classes 2 to 11 please complete your summer projects and submit it when school reopens.
